About BetStaffing

A recruitment agency built for the iGaming talent market.

BetStaffing focuses on specialist hiring across sports betting, online gaming and the technology, commercial and regulated functions around them.

Why we exist

Specialist markets need specialist conversations.

iGaming recruitment is rarely only about a job title. The same title can mean very different things depending on product, licence, geography, market maturity, player base, operating model and scale. BetStaffing was created to keep those details inside the recruitment process rather than strip them away.

Our leadership brings more than a decade of recruitment experience across international and multilingual hiring. The BetStaffing model applies that search discipline specifically to betting and iGaming: understand the role, map the relevant market, approach people with context, qualify both capability and motivation, and manage the process clearly.

What we believe good recruitment should feel like

For candidates

You should know what you are applying for, why the opportunity may fit and how your information is being used. A recruiter should be able to explain the role beyond a copied job description and should respect when the timing is not right.

For employers

You should receive a shortlist that reflects the agreed brief, including the recruiter context that is not visible on a CV. When a requirement is unrealistic or the market is thinner than expected, the useful thing is to say so early and recalibrate.

What we do not pretend

We do not turn evergreen talent-network registrations into fake live vacancies. We do not publish client names without permission. We do not present automated matching as a substitute for recruitment judgement. And we do not need every candidate to fit every job.

Where we work

Our focus is international iGaming. That includes major gaming hubs, cross-border remote teams, relocation-led hiring and multilingual talent searches. The exact markets we support depend on the mandate, right-to-work requirements and the employer's operating footprint.
